Returns & Exchanges

At Meyoushe, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully designed products and a refined shopping experience.
Due to the intimate nature of our items, please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Quick Overview

  • Intimate Apparel (including panties, bodysuits, lingerie, stockings, and similar items):
    For hygiene reasons, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.

  • Adult Accessories:
    Eligible for return or exchange only if unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Used accessories are not returnable.

  • Final Sale Notice:
    Please confirm sizing and style details prior to purchase. All intimate apparel is final sale.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defect or incorrect shipment:

  • Panties, thongs, and other intimate underwear

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, stockings, and directly worn intimate apparel

  • Used adult accessories, including but not limited to blindfolds, handcuffs, whips, clamps, gags, and candles

Eligible Return or Exchange Cases

We will gladly assist with a return or exchange only under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives defective, damaged, or with visible quality issues

  • The item received does not match the original order

Return Conditions

To be eligible for approval:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all included accessories

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at support@kellymars.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos, if applicable

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider.

Important Notes

  • For hygiene reasons, all intimate apparel is final sale

  • To maintain eligibility in the event of a defect or error, please try on items over your own undergarments
